By car

From the North (Florence):

• Follow highway "A1" direction Rome
• Turn right after taking the exit for "G.R.A. Salaria-Aurelia"
• Continue straight for 20km
• Take exit number 1 (Aurelio / Città del Vaticano)
• Follow Via Aurelia for 2km
• Turn right and follow directions for "tutte le direzioni"
• Drive up the bridge, keeping to the right
• At the top of the bridge, turn right and follow the sign for "Via di Villa Troili"
• Proceed straight ahead for 300 m to meet "Via degli Aldobrandeschi"
• Arrive at the Meliá Roma Aurelia Antica Conference centre after 500m, located on the left side of the street
  

From the South-East (Pescara / Aquila):

• Follow highway "A 24" direction Rome
• Turn right after taking the exit for "GRA Tiburtina-Aurelia"
• Continue straight on for 28 km
• Take exit number 1 (Aurelio / Città del Vaticano)
• Follow Via Aurelia for 2km
• Turn right and follow directions for "tutte le direzioni"
• Drive up the bridge keeping to the right
• At the top of the bridge turn right and follow the sign for "Via di Villa Troili"

• Turn right and follow directions for "tutte le direzioni"

From the City Centre:

• Follow "Via Baldo Degli Ubaldi"
• Procced straight ahead to reach "Piazza Irnerio"
• Follow "Via Aurelia" direction "Autostrade - Civitavecchia" for 1 km
• Turn right at the bridge and follow the directions for "Città del Vaticano"
• Reverse your direction
• Immediately after reversing your direction turn right at the sign "Via di Villa Troili”
• Proceed straight ahead for 300 m to meet "Via degli Aldobrandeschi"
• Arrive at the Meliá Roma Aurelia Antica after 500m on the left side

By Melià Roma Aurelia Antica shuttle bus

A courtesy shuttle bus operates throughout the week between the hotel and downtown shopping and business areas. This timetable lists daily departure times:

By public transport

The nearest bus stop is about 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel and connects bus line 892 with the "Valle Aurelia" metro / train station (linea A). Average travel time is around 60 minutes including the transfer from the bus to the train at Viale Valle Aurelia. The last metro / train (linea A) from the city centre to the hotel leaves at around 23.30 at night. The last bus 892 leaves Viale Valle Aurelia at 00.00 midnight.

By taxi

Taxis from Rome airport/Rome downtown (railway station) to the meeting venue cost around 30 EUR.
Journey time is around 20 minutes, but travel time depends on traffic conditions. Early morning hours are the busiest; at these times, transfer from the airport to the hotel can take up to 40 minutes.
